This is a notification of intent to procure on a sole source basis with Computer Security Consultants, Inc. for technical support and services for development of Counsel Automated Systems Environment (CASE) business resumption planning documents, using RecoveryPac, RiskPac/System Manager and Data collect Utility software manufactured by Computer Security Consultants, Inc. The Internal Revenue requires software support to implement Business Resumption planning efforts for the CASE project. Support services will include: 1) revising the RiskPAC/Business Recovery software questionnaires applicable to specific types of Chief Counsel sites; 2) developing CASE Business Resumption planning documents for each type of counsel site, and 3) on-site training and support to Chief Counsel National Office and field. Technical Support and services will include: 1) and 2) above and using this software to develop the CASE Business Resumption Plans which are required to develop mission critical planning documents for the Office of Chief Counsel.
