No award will be made solely on the basis of any response to this notice since a synopsis of intent to place an order against a schedule contract cannot be considered a solicitation document. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, an order will be placed with the above named vendor against their current GSA schedule.
