This announcement is intended to find sources who can provide the following services, post office/individual lockboxes service to the US Military Academy (USMA) Corp of Cadets (USCC) within the guidelines contained in United States Postal Service Domestic Manual, Chapter 951 (Post Office Box Service) dated December 1983 and The Joint USPS/Department of Defense Postal Agreement (publication 38) dated February 1980. There are approximately 4100 boxes currently in use. The box size is 2, which has a capacity of 296 through 499 cubic inches, according the publication 38. This is not a synopsis intended for either a request for proposals or an invitation for bids. Firms who can furnish the requirement are invited to submit a written response.
