It is expected that the RFP will include a two year base period with three (3) one-year options with the potential of up to six (6) additional months, and require approximately 25,100 Direct-Productive-Labor-Hours (DPLH) per year. The primary objective of the Standards Program is to have a clear, comprehensive and up-to-date set of nuclear safety rules, orders, standards, and guidance for all Department of Energy nuclear operations. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this RFP is 8711 with a size standard of $2.5 million.
