The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete an inspection of the Interim Abatement Groundwater System (i.e. Groundwater Treatment Plant - GWTP/Building 365) at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The inspection will have two goals: determine what repairs and replacement of old or worn equipment is required and determine what upgrades or additions should be completed to allow plant operations to be less labor intensive. This requirement has the potential to be an Organizational Conflict of Interest. The solicitation contains restrictions on the awardee of this and future contracts. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. Only written requests will be accepted. There is a $25.00 charge for this solicitation.
