D -- SUPPORT SERVICES, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE FOR THE AT&T DISTRIBUTED TELECONFERENCING SYSTEM (DTS) AT MSFC SOL ATD-121-JKM-95/0118 POC Contact J. K. MacLean CSC intends to enter into a sole source subcontract with AT&T - DCSS for the full maintenance support of the DTS System located in the NASA Teleconferencing Center (NTC) at the Marshall Space Flight Center. The system includes AT&T 240 and 240e systems which must be maintained in operational condition twenty-four hours per day seven days per week. The subcontract/ Agreement will consist of a reinstatement of maintenance services and a continuation of the same services through August 18, 1995. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/ capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether of not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered not acceptable in response to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis.
