The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 405, M/S 3405, Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405 for contractor logistics support in order to support maintenance and operation of HARM missile and support equipment for the Spanish Air Force. TI is the designer, developer and sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
