The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals will include in relative order of importance, the following: (1) Technical qualifications of the Contractor; (2) Proposer's financial resources, stability and financial reports; (3) Cost to procure, furnish, install, provide training and maintenance for this solicitation; (4) Previous experience in furnishing comparable simulators; (5) Schedule and methodology for delivery and installation of the subject system; (6) Compliance with technical requirements of the Request for Proposal; (7) Quality of written and oral presentation; and (8) Compliance with the contract terms and conditions. All proposals are due on February 15, 1995. The Authority intends to select a proposer or proposers with which to enter into negotiations by March 1995. The anticipated award date is June, 1995. A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 25, 1995 AT 10:00 AM AT 130 LIVINGSTON STREET, 6TH FLOOR, CONFERENCE ROOM 1/2, BROOKLYN, NY.
