Swizewski, (215)897-5446 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis services supporting the Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) at the Human Resources Office (HRO), Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. Services shall be provided for the approximately 6000 civilian employees serviced by the HRO. The services shall include CEAP implementation, intake interviews, problem assessment, short term counseling, referral to treatment agency, follow-up to determine rehabilitation rate, record keeping, and periodic reports to management for program evaluation. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The contract will consist of a base year (01 April 1995 through 30 September 1995) and four (4) twelve month option years.
