Specialist, (202)267-8628 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
needs to procure database access software for installation on the
Maintenance Processor Subsystem (MPS) computer of the Remote
Maintenance Monitoring System (RMMS) and on the maintenance data
terminals. The software must provide Open Data Base Connectivity to the
proprietary Tandem Computers Incorporated SQL and Enscribe database
systems. The software must have the capability to perform ad-hoc
queries, interface with Windows, interface with both Tandem Computers
Incorporated Enscribe and SQL database systems, utilize various Tandem
Computers Incorporated security, and guardian operating systems. In
addition, the software must provide the capability for Async, NetBIOS,
NetBUEI, X.25, and TCP/IP communications. The FAA intends to procure
the needed software from Cornerstone Software Incorporated, 11
Trafalgar Square, Nashua, NH 03063, the sole designer, developer, and
