Maintenance is for the following ORACLE products: RDBMS, SQL, SQL Plus, SQL Net, TCP/IP, Pro C, Pro ADA. Maintenance is to run until 30 Sept 1995. Delivery is to be at the DISA/JIEO/CFS/TXTA, 5600 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA. This synopsis of intent shall not be considered a solicitation document. No award will be made on the basis of any responses to this synopsis. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond furnishing clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the requirement, including technical and pricing data, GSA Contract No., if applicable, within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. If no responses are received showing that a comparable source is available at lower overall costs and technical capability to obtain the software and maintenance within 15 days from publication of this notice, an order will be placed with Oracle Corporation. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
