The equipment is required by the Naval Air Station, Signella, Sicily. The required items are sole source to Scott Aviation. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. Delivery will shall be made FOB destination to Norfolk, VA. Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation.
