POOL BOTTOM AND SIDES SHALL BE SAND BLASTED AND PAINTED. NEW EQUIPMENT BUILDING SHALL BE OF 8 INCH CMU WALL AND METAL ROOF. ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHALL BE UPGRADED BY REPLACEMENT OF OVERHEAD CONDUCTORS, TRANSFORMER BANK AND INSTALLING NEW POLES. PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 75 DAYS.
