INSTALL NEW EXPANSION JOINT FILLER SYSTEM. POOL BOTTOM AND SIDES SHALL
BE SAND BLASTED AND PAINTED. NEW EQUIPMENT BUILDING SHALL BE OF 8 INCH
CMU WALL AND METAL ROOF. ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHALL BE UPGRADED BY
REPLACEMENT OF OVERHEAD CONDUCTORS, TRANSFORMER BANK AND INSTALLING NEW
POLES. PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 75 DAYS. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN
$100,000.00 AND $250,000.00. FIRM FIXED-PRICE TYPE CONTRACT. WRITTEN
REQUESTS ONLY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED
BUSINESS CONCERNS. ALL RESPONSIBLE SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS
