San Antonio River Tunnel, Unit 8-5-1, Phase IV, Part 2. The project consists of an outlet structure with a concrete outfall, a pedestrian plaza, and a cascading water feature with a recycle trough. The project also includes approximately 850 feet of channelization. The channel improvements consists of a concrete stilling basin, a concrete ogee weir dam, and a concrete and rock riprap pilot channel. The project also consists of a pump house, paved parking and service area, and turfing, landscaping, and hardscaping. Estimated Cost Range: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Bid sets available at $88.75 for Half size and $201.75 for `Full size. If a large business firm is selected for this announcement, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirements for a subcontracting plan on that work it intends to subcontract. The Fort Worth District goal of the total dollars to be subcontracted is for 60.3% to go to Small Business; of the 60.3% goal, 9.8% should go to Small Disadvantaged Business and 2.9% should go to Women Owned Small Business.
