The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, materials, services, and equipment, owned or rented, that are necessary for the removing, treating, transporting and disposing of hazardous wastes from illegal dumping of what appears milling wastes at the old Forepaugh Airport West of Wickenburg, Arizona. The basic requirement is 224 tons of contaminated soil with a 15 increase\decrease permissible variation. On-site treatment is required and disposal shall be at a RCRA Subtitle ''D'' facility. Other deliverables will include a Safety and Health Plan, Field Sampling Plan, Sampling, Testing and Furnishing of Reports. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
