Officer, (303) 969-6520. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a
requirement for the two California hazardous materials emergency
response and planned removal contracts. Services may include, but not
be limited to hazardous categorization by field and laboratory
analysis, treatment, containment, storage, transportation, recycling,
and disposal at appropriate facilities. The sites are located in the
four California Districts of Bakersfield, Susanville, Ukiah, and
California Desert (Riverside). This requirement is 100% set-aside for
small business. It is anticipated that BLM will award two requirement
type contracts, one for northern California and one for southern
California. A preproposal conference will be held at BLM's California
State Office, prior to proposal submittal. The contracts will be for 1
year with two 1 year options. The solicitation documents should be
