Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), formerly the Defense Commercial Communications Office (DECCO), is seeking sources to provide a specialized data communications service for obtaining information from and making transactions with commercial airlines under contract with the U. S. Government. Information includes, passengers names, seat availability, airway bills, communications for the Automated Manifest System (CAMS) and Air Passenger Interface (API). Transactions include, confirming military passenger reservations and movement of commercial aircraft, and exchange of messages. Other requirements are compatibility with IBM PC/XT & AT and Hayes 1200 BPS dial up modems. Locations include Scott AFB IL; McGuire AFB NJ; and Travis AFB CA. This requirement is a follow-on to an existing contract with Aeronautical Radio Inc. (ARINC). The contract period is one base year with four one-year options.
