Ten (10) Month Time and Material (T&M) effort to supply technical support in conjunction with the Department of the Army program, WARRIOR FOCUS, on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii), Only One Responsible Source, to Racal Communciations, Inc., Rockville, MD. This notice is not a request for competititve proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The ceiling price established for the effort is $99,990.00. THE U.S. ARMY OMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide elctronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from Government to Industry. EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, As OF 1 JAN 1995 HARD COPIES WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. All interested parties wishing ot do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send, and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an indetification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the U. S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. Identification code and password will be issued upon request. All requests must include 1) Company name, 2) point(s) of contract name(s) 3) return address(es) and 4) telephone number(s).
