Repair Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility, Project 94-2014, AFB, Missouri. Work consists of improving existing Industrial Wastewater Treatment Faility by installing new storage tanks, drain lines, concrete retention basins, concrete driveway, and wastewater process equipment to include clarifiers, defoamers, and feed pumps. Other work includes miscellaneous utility and HVAC installations. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period for this project is approximately 270 days. The SIC code for this project is 1629. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possibel, but no later than 03 Feb 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform project of this complexity and magnitude.
