All response from responsible source will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing response to this sysnopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this solicitation. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine whether a comparable source more advantageous to the government is availabe, an order with GTSI under GSA schedule GSOOK94AGS6407 will be placed.
