The Program Manager, Rocky Mountain Arsenal has a requirement to purchase four decontamination trailers. Two each shall be equipped with four (4) shower stalls, and the remaining to with six (6) shower stalls. The Government intends to solicit bids using a two-step sealed bidding process. All interested parties who have not responded to the previously market survey must do so in writing via Telefax at (303) 289-0315, or standard letter request.
