MILSPEC BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGE The Defense Systems Management College announces a series of seminars offered by the American Defense Preparedness Association entitled MILSPEC Blueprint for Change. The scheduled events are on January 24, 1995 in San Diego, CA, on January 26, 1995 in San Jose, CA, and on February 1, 1995 in Tampa, Fl. All seminars are conducted in easily accessible, local hotels and are preceded with an informal evening reception before the seminar day. Seminars are structured to provide an in-depth review of the DoD Process Action Team's report on Military Specifications and Standards, the Acquisition Review Package, Contracting for Best Value and the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994. The Seminar is an all day event which includes a luncheon.
