Oakland Operations Office (DOE/OAK), seeks to hear from qualified
sources for Environmental Restoration and Waste Management Services.
This announcement is a request for an indication of interest. The
objective of the proposed solicitation is to plan, manage, execute, and
integrate a full range of programs and project activities for DOE/OAK
in the area of Environmental Restoration and Waste Management. These
program activities include, but are not limited to, landlord
activities; characterization and remediation of the site; application
of innovative remediation technologies; management of hazardous,
radioactive, and mixed waste; and, decontamination and decommissioning
(D&D) activities. Respondents must submit a statement of
qualifications. This submittal must contain: (1) Demonstration of
comprehensive knowledge of applicable Local, State, and Federal
environmental, safety, health, and, quality assurance laws and
regulations, such as RCRA, CERCLA, and the FFCA. (2) Sources must
clearly demonstrate extensive experience with large, complex
environmental restoration and waste management projects, including NPL
sites (if applicable). (3) Demonstrated experience in developing and
maintaining a Community Interface/Institutional Relations program for
the continued communication with stakeholders (Federal, State and Local
Government Officials, news media, and local citizens groups and other
interested parties) with fact sheets regarding the ongoing activities.

availability of the Request for Proposals (RFPs). Interested parties
