Contractor shall furnish complete Mail Center mail pickup, delivery, dispatch, classified docuemnt and installation postal directory services in strict accordance with the Contract SOW and all applicable regulations and statutes governmening mail center operations. The Contractor shall plan, measure, control, foerecast cost and schedule performance of all postal operations and shall be reponsible for all problems that may arise as a result of operating the mail center. A secret facility clearance is required for this action. No foreign participation is allowed on this action. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted. (0012)
