Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential community corrections facility(s) and services for male Mariel Cubans offenders, who are mentally and/or developmentally disabled, have criminial and/or antisocial histories of substance abuse problems and who are paroled from various detention facilities by the Immigration and Naturalization Services. Interested parties are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, accountability, treatment and furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in Los Angeles, California or within a 50 mile radius of the city limits of Los Angeles, California. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options to renew. Estimated total number of mandays for the Base Period is 18,250. Estimated number of mandays for Option Years One, Two and Three is 5,475, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is February 13, 1995. Estimated closing is April 13, 1995.
