The specification for the skirt is MIL-S-29429B wtih pattern date 1 June 94. The purchase quantity for the slacks is 4740 PR and for the skirts is 7050 each. This requirement contains two (2) mandatory evaluated options. Both items are to be delivered to Richmond starting 120 days after award and ending 210 days after award. The Solicitation will be issued as A total set-aside for small businessconcerns. All materials used in fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception that the basic material (cloth, poly/WL, GAB, SH 2212) will be provided as GFM.
