The contractor shall provide written reports in a timely and cost-effective manner, in accordance with applicable public laws, Executive Orders, rules, and regulations in order to promote the efficiency of the Federal service and to assist in the maintenance of the national security and welfare. The investigations are conducted so that objective and informed decisions may be made by those responsible for filling sensitive positions or those granted security clearances. The period of performance for the contract will be from date of contract award through 30 September 1995 with four one-year options. This procurement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for the effort is 7381 and the respective small business size standard is $6.0 Mil.
