The Government intends to increase the contract ceiling for FY 95 in support of Government requirements under contract DATM01-93-C-0002 with TESCO, a joint venture of Dyncorp, Electronic Warfare Associates, and Comarco. The current contract provides nonpersonal technical services to the Test and Experimentation Command, Ft. Hood, Texas, in support of the U.S. Army's operational testing mission.
