DDRW-P intends to place a delivery order against Xeroxs Corp GSA contract number GSOOK94AGS5816, FSC Class 70, Part I, Section A for lease/maintenance of a Xerox Laser Printer, Model 4090 for period of 9 months ending 30 September 1995. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Office may deternine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Only written responses will receive consideration. Responses must convey clear and convincing documentation of advantages to the government to consider another source. The documentation shall include prices, GSA Contract number if applicable and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Responses must be received by this office within 15 days after publication of this notice. No solicitation exists and any requests for a solicitation will be disregarded. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 days an award will be placed to Xerox without further notice. (010)
