NASA/GSFC is requesting proposals for a centralized power monitoring and control system for the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD 20771. The fixed-price indefinite quantity delivery order contract resulting from this procurement will allow for individual buildings at GSFC (and individual energy meters within buildings) to be brought into a system which can monitor (and partially control) their energy usage from both a central facility as well as a remote location. This effort may involve replacement of some electrical meters as well as installation of new meters. This procurement is being conducted under the Small Business Administration's Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Unless otherwise requested, NASA will send only a copy of the RFP schedule and specification to requestors. However, a copy of the technical drawings is necessary for an offeror to prepare a responsive proposal.
