EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, As OF 1 JAN 95 HARD COPY WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post, Camp and Station acquisitions).
