Project consists of removing the existing heating and piping system and installing a new Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System. The new system requires the installation of a packaged roof top unit, accessories, and the roof top support structure, anchors and flashing. The contractor responsible for making repairs to the existing single-ply roof membrane cut or damaged during roof top installation in Binghamton, New York. Repairs to the roof shall be make to such an extent that the existing roofing warranty from Carlisle Roofing Systems is not compromised.
