Z -- REPLACE OIL/WATER SEPARATOR SYSTEM, FAIRCHILD AFB, WASHINGTON Sol F45613 95 B0005 due 022495. Contact Lt. Project includes, but is not limited to, replacing an oil/water separator system for Bldg 1060 at Fairchild AFB, Washington. The major items of work include, but are not limited to, constructing approximately 260 linear feet of six inch bell and spigot sewer line, construct six vertical feet of precast sewer manhole, remove and dispose of an existing concrete oil/water separator, and hook-up to in-place ``McTighe'' oil/water separator. The estimate value of the work is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contract performance period is 70 calendar days. Government-furnished materials are not included. The Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) is 1711. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 24 January 1995. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as soon as possible, but no later than 20 January 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
