The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to construct a new Federal Medical Center in Fort Devens, Massachusetts. The scope of work will include renovation of the existing Cutler Army Hospital, construction of two low security housing units, one medium security housing unit, a psychiatric unit and special housing unit along with administrative, ancillary and support facilities. All related work must be completed within 730 calendar days after issuance of the official notice to proceed. The estimated price range for this construction contract is more than $10,000,000.
