The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service is seeking potential sources for dry lease of a DC-9, Series 10 or Series 30 aircraft with a minimum passenger configuration of 76 seats, with and without hush kits. The Government may or may not provide qualified pilots. Service is anticipated to commence in March 1995 with either a one year period with the potential for another additional year an/or on an on needed basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to a planned solicitation for offers/proposals or a Basic Ordering Agreement by transmitting written notice of interest to the above Point of Contact. This notice is not a request for proposals or offers and the Government will not compensate any source for the cost incurred in developing and producing submitted information.
