Customers who wish to order copies of the National Archives' holdings on these media types, place orders with vendors that the National Archives has preapproved. In order for a vendor to be ''approved,'' they must sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Archives. The next Memorandum of Agreement will extend from March 6, 1995, to March 6, 1996. In order for vendors to participate in the program they must sign a Memorandum of Agreement before February 15, 1995.
