(718)584-9000x6376 Contractor to supply all materials, equipment, and
labor to accomplish the following: Perform hydroxide wash on chiller
prior to retubing. Collapse all evaporator tube rolls at tube sheet.
Cut access ports in unit as per manufacturers recommendations and
instructions. Remove eliminators in window areas. Remove all evaporator
tubes. Run evaporator pump. Install and roll a new complement of tubes
to manufacturers specs. Clean shell and tube sheets where accessible.
Install new stainless steel eliminators in evaporator. Replace all
unit valve diaphrams. Weld closed access ports in evaporator section.
Install new solution bypass filter on heat exchanger. Replace all seals
and bearings on solution pump. Contractor shall insure all replacement
parts must be made by the manufacturer of the unit (Trane). Contractor
shall insure/certify that any cutting of shell will be undr the
supervision of a qualified representative of the manufacturer of the
unit (Trane). Contractor shall insure that all Evaporator Tubes shall
be ''Trane'' 95/5 Cupronickle (.028'' Wallthickness) Etc. The above
work shall be performed on one (1) ''Trane'' Absorption Chiller, Model
#ABSC14CLH (Evaporator Section). Interested sources to respond in
