Dept. of Agriculture, Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region, intends to acquire aircraft inspection, maintenance and repair service for Government owned aircraft in Northern California. The Aircraft are located North of San Francisco. Aircraft include, but are not limited to: three (3) Beechcraft 58P; and three (3) Beechcraft 58TC. Contractor shall perform progressive inspections, maintenance, overhaul, and repair, of aircraft airframes, engines, and avionics. Division is a line from San Francisco to Sacramento. Fixed price, time and materials requirements contracts for one year, with two one-year options. Contractor shall have a current FAA Certified Repair Station Certificate. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) with technical quality evaluation factors equally weighted with price. Estimated Government cost to ferry aircraft to Contractor's location will be considered as a price related factor. Solicitation to be released on, or about 1/25/95.
