for New FDA Facilities, CBD issued on December 20, 1994 is modified as
follows: Remove the first sentence of go/no-go criterion no. 4 which
now reads: ''The individual members of the proposed core team must have
worked on each of the projects which meet the above three criteria.''
Replace with the following sentence: ''The go/no-go criteria are
established to provide a minimum level of experience for the Executive
A-E team on the FDA Consolidation Project. Therefore, it is expected
that at least one member of the core team demonstrate experience on the
projects listed under go/no-go criteria 1, 2, or 3 above. Each project
identified must have representation on the core management team. The
