23 -- TACTICAL VEHICLE SPECIAL PROGRAM POC For A Solicitation copy or for information on this procurement, call Jim Dwyer The program executive Officer for tactical wheeled vehicles and the project manager for tactical vehicle speci AL programs (tvsp) are soliciting comments from industry on recommended technical insertion initiatives for the following systems: M809 truck, chassis, 5 ton; M939 truck, cargo, 5 ton; M915 truck, tractor, line-haul. The SE comments and initiatives will serve as A baseline for the planning and budgetary processes associated with the implementation of an upgrade program to these systems. Recommended initiatives should produce quantifiableresults in the reduction of O&S costs, increase the OPE rational availability, or improve the operational performance of the selected system.
