The work includes the removal of existing transformers, cables, associated equipment, polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos fireproofing and the provision of secondary unit substations, switchgear, cables, ductbanks, rework of existing unit substations, street lighting and incidental related work. The project requirement is estimated between $1.0 million and $5.0 million. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 362 calendar days after receipt of contrat award.
