fuel storate system; (b) Remove and dispose existing above ground
diesel fuel oil storage tank and accessories, structural support,
concrete beram and fuel transfer pump; (c) Relocate existing
overfill/spill container; (d) Provide new above ground diesel fuel oil
storage tank and accessories, structural support, concrete berm and
fuel transfer pump; and (e) Modify fuel supply and return piping to
tank. This proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100%
set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. Interested SDB
concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of
this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the
Contracting Officer above evidence of capability to perform a positive
statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically
disadvantaged concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB
concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further
notice. Estimated cost range is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00. Tentative
issue ate for plans and specifications is 18 January 1995. Estimated
Bid Opening Date is on or about 17 February 1995 at 2:00 p.m., Guam
