The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation to inspect, examine, maintain and repair the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) temperature controls at five U.S. Army Reserve Centers in the State of Kentucky. Reserve Centers are listed by groups and contractor may bid any number of groups. Performance period is 1 March 1995 through 29 February 1996 with four one-year option periods.
