B, 385 each; and the following spare parts: Housing, Assembly Prism, P/N: 5005814-2, 100 each; Cover, Protective Prism, P/N 5005813, 100 each; Mounting Gasket, P/N: 5008482, 200 each; Mount Asembly, P/N: 5005816, 50 each; and Mount Assembly Housing, P/N: 5005815, 50 each. A 100% option for all items is included. The evaluation factors for award will be based on technical approach and price. Multiple delivery locations.
