Work includes complete tear off of existing roof, down to concrete or metal deck; replacement or repair of roofing accessories, such as perimeter nailers, gravel stops, flashing and counter flashing, roof drains, vents, etc.; placement of lightweight insulating concrete fill and rigid insulation material; and installation of new torch applied modified bitumen roofing system. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project was designed in metric and will be constructed and inspected entirely in metric.
