The work also includes demolition of existing water chiller equipment, removal of existing refrigerant into approved containers and delivery to the Government at designated location, installation of water chiller units with non-ozone depleting refrigerant into approved containers and delivery to the Government at designated location, installation of water chiller units with non-ozone depleting refrigerant replacement and modification of portions of associated piping, insulation and electrical and incidental related work complete and ready for use. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Firm Fixed Price Contract Estimated start date is 16 March 1995 with 120 days to complete the work.
