Herting (202) 326-4160 The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to extend the period of performance for an additional nine months under a contract for labor hour services. The PBGC seeks to increase the total hours evailable under a contract for preparing procedural overviews, desk level operating procedures, and operating manuals, supporting key business processes. In view of the provider's familiarity with the complexity of PBGC's operating environment, and time already spent in learning PBGC policies and procedures, it is PBGC's belief that it would be in our best interest for the contract provider to complete the task under the existing contract.
