The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occassions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-94-R-5207 with Ceridian Corporation, Computing Devices International, 8800 Queen Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55431-1996. Orders will be issued for material and services for the repair of the RD-620/UYH, RD-448/UYH, MU-680/UYH, CDC-475/1867-20, RD-621/UYH, RD-482/UYH, AN/UYH-16(V), CED-475/1867-40, MU-716/UYH, MU-602/UYH, AN/UYH-3, and other related equipment, including their sub-assemblies and components. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Cerdian Corporation is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provided the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
