Training Bearings for the MK 15 Mod 11 Close-In Weapons System. Training Bearings per drawing 5543799, NSN 3110-01-355-2738. The quantity required is thirteen (13) each. The bearings consist of an inner and outer race, replaceable seal, rollers and raceways. The size of the bearing is approximately 73.50 O.D. x 66.50 I.D. x 3.121 inches high. The predominant material is aluminum 7079-T651. The contractor will also furnish test/inspection reports per the Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Receiving Officer, Code 1131, Bldg V, NAVSURFWARCEN ORDSTA, Louisville, KY 40214-5000. Delivery is required as follows: (a) without first article, within 180 days after date of ocntract award (b) with first article, (1) each within 160 days after date of contract award and (12) each 260 days after first article approval. There is a first article requirement for offerors not having previously furnished these items or similar items. The Training Bearings have been previously procured under contract N0010494PWA41 and N0010493PWE56 with Rotek Inc., for a quantity of (2) each at a unit price of $7,980.00 each and (4) each at a unit price of $7,700.00, respectively. The Training Bearings were also previously procured under contract N0010493XG843 with Pipeline for a quantity of (2) each at a unit price of $7,700.00 each.
