nominations from qualified and certified companies to bid for the
provision of thirty pieces secure facsimile equipment meeting NATO
Stanag 5000 Protocols. Thirteen are to be Non-tempest equipment and
seventeen units have to meet NATO tempest specifications. The IFB will
be NATO unclassified. However, the successful contractor will need a
facility security clearance certificate of NATO Secret level for
performance of this project. All applicants must be certified to
compete in NATO ICB by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of
